Floral lace panel fabric - 90cms panel with tassels when cut - black

Lace fabric. Sold by the 90 cms panel length - after 0.9 metres the fabric has a frill which when cut turns into tassels, so you will receive fabric measuring 0.9 x 1.5m. For multiple orders, the fabric will be in a continuous length but joined by the frill every metre. Polyester. Width 150 cms.
