Sandwich scuba fashion fabric - two layers of scuba bonded together to create a soft, strong & squeezy jersey. Smooth on one side, crepe on the other. Strong and stretchy. Polyester spandex. Width 150 cms. As there are two fabrics bonded together, you can expect only a modest stretch.
