Crushed Panné velour jersey dress fabric. This is not the flimsy, thin fabric which is commonly sold online. Rather, this is a higher quality velour with a weight of 18- gsm and a limited stretch across the width. It has a premium look, feel and drape. Polyester. Width 150 cms.
