Panné velour velvet crushed dress fabric, per metre - plain - brown

Crushed Panné velour jersey dress fabric. This is not the flimsy, thin version of this fabric which can sometimes be available. Rather, this is a higher quality velour with a weight of 180 gsm and a limited stretch across the width. It has a premium look, feel and drape. Polyester. Width 150 cms.
